Ear Injury Claim
- Total Deafness:

- Partial hearing loss/severe tinnitus:

Eye Injury Claim
- Total Blindness:
- in the region of £172,500
- Complete loss of sight in one eye:
- up to £35,000
- Minor eye injury:
- up to £5,600
Neck Injury Claim
- Soft tissue damage and ruptured tendons leading to permanent disability:
- in the region of £35,000
- Severe neck injury such as fractures to bones in the neck:
- up to £21,000
- Whiplash type injuries with complete recovery taking more than 2 years:
- up to £8,750
- Whiplash type injuries with complete recovery within 2 years:
- up to £5,000
Shoulder Injury Claim
- Serious dislocation of the shoulder that causes problems with the rest of the arm
- up to £12,250
- Moderate limitation of movement to the shoulder, lasting up to 2 years:
- up to £8,100
- Fracture of the clavicle:
- up to £7,750
- Soft tissue injuries to the shoulder with a 2 year recovery:
- up to £5,000
- Soft tissue injuries to the shoulder with a 1 year recovery:
- up to £2,750
Arm Injury Claim
- Serious fractures to the arm, resulting in permanent disability:
- up to £38,250
- Serious fractures to the arm, leading to minor disability:
- up to £25,000
- Minor injuries to the arm/ fracture to the forearm:
- up to £12,250
Back Injury Claim
- Serious back injury resulting in permanent disability:
- up to £24,750
- Strains and sprains to the back recovering within 5 years:
- up to £8,000
- Strains and sprains to the back recovering within 2 years:
- up to £5,000
Wrist Injury Claim
- Severe injuries to the wrist resulting in permanent disability:
- up to £38,250
- Less severe injuries where there is persisting pain and stiffness:
- up to £15,750
- Uncomplicated fracture to the wrist:
- up to £4,750
Hand Injury Claim
- Loss or amputation of the thumb:
- up to £35,000
- Severe fractures or crush injuries to the hands:
- up to £18,500
- Serious injuries to the ring/middle finger:
- up to £10,500
- Severe dislocation of the thumb:
- up to £4,300
- Loss of part of the little finger:
- up to £3,750
- Fracture of one finger:
- up to £3,000
- Minor Injuries to the thumb:
- up to £2,500
Leg Injury Claim
- Severe fractures to leg bones with incomplete recovery:
- up to £17,750
- Simple fracture to the femur:
- up to £9,000
- Simple fractures and soft tissue injuries to the legs:
- up to £5,750
